Acceptable use policy

Last updated: October 2026

Axio Leads helps you find publicly listed local businesses. This policy explains what you may and may not do with the service and the data it returns.

What you may do

  • Use the data to research markets, plan territories and contact businesses about products or services relevant to them.
  • Export and store the leads you have paid for, for your own business purposes.

What you may not do

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or calls in breach of applicable law (for example GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, TCPA or Vietnam's Decree 13/2023 and anti-spam rules).
  • Harass, threaten or deceive the businesses or people you contact.
  • Resell or publish the raw data as a competing lead database.
  • Use the service to profile private individuals, or to collect data from non-public sources.
  • Abuse the service: attempt to bypass limits, overload it, or use automation that is not offered through our API.

Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis for contacting a business and for honouring opt-out and deletion requests.
  • Google Maps content is provided by Google and its contributors. You are responsible for complying with any terms that apply to your use of that content.

Enforcement

  • We may suspend accounts that breach this policy. Credits for leads that were not delivered are returned automatically.
  • Contact us through the AxioAPI portal to report abuse or to ask for a business listing to be excluded.
